Slate Cinema — Publishing Platform

The scheduling and publishing platform Slate Cinema Inc uses to run social media for client businesses — on the accounts those clients own, with the client's own approval on every post.

How it works

  1. A client business connects the social accounts it owns, through each platform's own official authorization flow. For Facebook and Instagram that means granting Slate Cinema partner access to assets held in the client's own Meta business portfolio.
  2. Slate Cinema plans and produces the content and schedules it on the client's calendar.
  3. The client's own approver reviews each post and approves it. Nothing publishes without that approval recorded against a named person.
  4. At the scheduled time the post publishes to the client's accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X, and the resulting link is stored.
  5. Performance figures are read back from each platform and reported to the account owner.

The client keeps ownership of every account throughout, and can revoke Slate Cinema's access at any time from their own platform settings.

Access

There is no consumer sign-up. Accounts are provisioned by Slate Cinema for staff and for the client representatives who approve their own content. To ask about the social media management service, see slatecinema.com/social-media-management or email info@slatecinema.com.
